Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 1-3 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days with photos so we can assist you.
